Law of Attraction coaching is based on the work of Abraham-Hicks, with the intent to be your partner in transformation through aligning your life with your values and desires.

As your coach, I will:

• Support you in a safe nonjudgmental relationship.
• Teach you the universal laws, and empower you with tools to live them with ease and joy.
• Help you to clarify your desires and goals and keep you on track in reaching them.
• Brainstorm out of the box ideas with you.
• Help you identify your emotional blocks and teach you fast effective ways to release them.
• Offer guidance, support and celebrate your successes with you.
• Put you back on track when you've strayed from your path.
• Be your objective sounding board with the intention of helping you find your highest good.

EFT and the Law of Attraction

Emotional Freedom Technique is an extremely powerful and effective method to clear resistance of all kinds.
Developed by Gary Craig, EFT involves tapping on acupuncture points to clear emotional issues, physical symptoms, cravings, etc. It is non-invasive and easy to learn.

I combine EFT clearing with Law of Attraction principles, so that old paradigms can be replaced with new empowering beliefs and habits.

I have successfully used EFT on clients for relieving stress, for weight reduction, cravings, pain relief, improving relationships, and for releasing blocks that stand in the way of attraction/manifesting.

It can be learned in one session and used by the client inbetween appointments until mastery is achieved.

Relationship Coaching

Different than couples therapy in that I teach you to refocus, reframe and use the law of attraction to reinvent your relationship. Rather than get involved in the "he said, she said" dialogue, couples coaching revolves around the positive aspects of each other and the relationship and focusing the energies there for healing.

Ellen's Psychology degree and expertise enables her to  quickly identify the core issues in order to dissolve them and replace them with empowering strategies for a successful happy relationship.

Weight Loss/ Wellness Coaching

It's not enough to know the facts about weight loss. It's fundamental to get to the core issues of the habits that keep you stuck, release them and replace them.

Combining the powerful technique of EFT with the study of the Law of Attraction, I will help you break free of your limiting patterns to the new, healthy you! I will help you set attainable goals and provide you with the guidance and accountablility you need to succeed.

Teaching Special Needs children and working with their families, for over ten years in one of the most highly acclaimed school district on Long Island, has more than equipped me to provide valuable coaching to families with special needs children.

I will assist you in setting boundaries for your child and maintaining a healthy family environment . You will learn how to use the Law of ATtraction to lower stress levels and keep a positive frame of mind.
